I am Amanda, the founder of Joga Sana, and my journey into the world of yoga began many years ago when I was looking for balance in my life and a way to overcome stress. At first it was a simple hobby, but over time yoga became not only a practice, but also my calling.
I studied different styles of yoga - from traditional Hatha Yoga to dynamic Vinyasa and meditative Kundalini. Having received international certification, I began teaching, helping people find harmony between body and mind.
The transition to an online format was a natural step for me. I saw how many people lacked the time or opportunity to visit studios, and I wanted to make yoga accessible to everyone. Thus was born Joga Sana - a platform where everyone can find a class for themselves, regardless of their level of preparation, location or schedule.
Today my mission is to help as many people as possible find inner balance, learn to listen to their body and live consciously. Join us and together we will make yoga a part of your life!
